Maintenance Tech Desk provides structured field-tech assistance (information templates and draft parts carts) for licensed professionals and their shops. It is an assistive tool, not a licensed engineer, PE stamp, AHJ approval, or substitute for manufacturer documentation.
The public product currently operates in DRAFT mode. Live payments, Stripe charges, supplier order APIs, and auto-buy are disabled. The approve endpoint returns charged: false and does not process payment.
You must use the desk only for lawful, professional maintenance work consistent with your licenses and local code. See Acceptable Use.
